THE BEAUTY WITHIN/LA BELLEZA INTERIOR “Following your own star means isolation, not knowing where to go, having to find out a completely new way for yourself ..." (Von Franz) There is a difference between following what our inner life suggests and following what our ego wants. To close our eyes and to look within to the starry constellations may create a conflict between us and the outside world, which will engender a sense of isolation from other people. It is of the utmost importance not to confuse the message from the star with our conscious desires and wants. The star is connected with the unconscious life within us; therefore, let us seek to know and integrate our unconscious -the beauty within-, which will require us to live a 'completely new way' for ourselves.
